Leadership of the Heart: Success Begins at Home
Description: Parents have the innate power to establish the foundation for their children’s success and wellbeing in school and life. Awareness and understanding of this power is key. During this developmental workshop(s), parents develop an understanding that their personal financial or educational limitations need not limit the level of success their children can achieve. They will learn key leadership skills and values essential for increasing their children’s resiliency and educational and life success.
Target Audience: Parents and Educators of “At-Risk” Students

- To develop self-awareness and self-confidence among parents as leaders in the home and their capacity to cultivate success
- To teach key leadership skills, values, and strategies parents can use immediately to build success
- To empower parents to become accountable and take the lead with positive action to create conditions at home to help their children academically
Delivery: Topic is available in a variety of formats: As a Keynote Address, as a single 1.5 hour workshop, as a series of six 1.5-Hour Workshops, OR as a 6 -Hour Developmental Workshop. Presented in English and/or Spanish.
